Criteria to Participate
  • Participant Should be Employee of any Private / Public Sector Company.
  • Participant have to provide Active Official Email ID or ID Card or Letter from HR
  • There is no Age Limit
  • You can have the partner from different company/organization with valid above mentioned proofs.
  • Ex Service men / Medical Personal can Participate
Match Format
  • Tournament is a League + Knockout Format
  • 3 Teams are placed in the each pool
  • Top 2 teams will qualify from each pool to Knockout
  • In case of clash, scores of each set are added. Upon adding the total score highest scorer qualifies for the next round.
  • If the scores of teams ties, then total wins are calculated for qualification.
  • Each set consists of 21 points (Golden Point)
  • Finals are played for 30points single set
  • Matches are played with Yonex Mavis-350
  • Lunch is provided to all participants
  • Medals to winners, runners and semi-finalists to all categories
  • Trophies to Winners and Runners
  • Ranking of the players and Scores are updated live on the screens
  • Participants are requested to be 10 minutes before their allocated time

    In case of shuttle change during the play, the main judge has the final word.

    Decision of the office is always final.

    Organizers have the right to disqualify a player/team at any point of the Tournament if found guilty.

    Organizers are not responsible for any injury to players.

    Players are responsible for their belongings/kit/equipment.

    Referee call is final for any kind of misconduct at the match.

    Arguing with the Referee will be considered misconduct and shall lead to disqualification. 

             A Fault happens if the following incidents occur:- 

    Only the Referee can call for Fault Service / Shuttle IN or OUT / Net Cross etc...

    The shuttle does not land in the correct service court during the time of serve

    Hitting the shuttle twice in succession by a player or team

    A player touches the net or poles with his body or racket during the play
Terms and Conditions
  • Other documents participants may need to share is Physical Company ID card with name, photo and company name on it or Letter from HR/Manager stating your employment for verification purpose.
  • The amount paid at the time of online registration shall not be refunded to the participants if they fail to meet the Criteria for Registration. 
  • Organizer holds the authority to Postpone the Tournament date.
  • A manual check shall be done on spot by the organizers before the start of play and participants are hereby requested to provide details of their employment. In case of mixed event, both the participants are required to meet the participating criteria as well.
  • Organizers have the right to disqualify players at any point of Tournament if found guilty.
  • Top 100 ranking / Students / Coach are not allowed to participate.
